CUSTOM ORDER FORM

Once you submit your custom order request, I will send you a quoted price for your custom order. Once approved, I will send a Paypal invoice so that I can begin your order. The shipping and handling charge will be calculated and added to your Paypal invoice. After payment is received, I will begin to create your custom order. Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped. Please allow up to 7 days after payment is received to process your order depending on location. Please remember each product is custom made upon your request. No refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized orders.
